Lakelsha Williams known as Kel Ren’ee has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2014. She has a deep love for this healing form of moving meditation. She completed her first yoga teacher training at Joy Yoga in the summer of 2016 and has been teaching ever since. She started her journey to gain a sense of self with trying to cope with the different advertises that showed in her life. There were many challenges she faced mentally and physically that only yoga helped with. She found freedom in her practice allowing her to flow with ease through presented challenges. She is now dedicated to helping others find this same freedom through yoga.
